No. Owens Fence Company is based in Richmond Hill and travels to projects throughout the stated service area. We do not claim separate offices in each city.
Does location affect scheduling?

Does Owens get the fence permit?
Yes. Owens confirms the applicable local requirements and obtains the required fence permit for our installation. The homeowner is responsible for HOA, landlord and other private-property approvals.
Do you handle HOA communities?
Yes. Owens can provide the proposed fence details and drawing, while the homeowner remains responsible for submitting and obtaining approval.
